Shipping Policy

We ship year-round to addresses in the Continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We ship all of our candies with careful consideration of the weather conditions in the shipping area we are sending these items to.

UPS Ground, 2 or 3 Day Shipping
All orders received by noon EST will be shipped within 1 business day - Monday to Wednesday. This policy will ensure that your candy will not sit in a UPS hub over the weekend. If you place an order after this day, it will be shipped out the following Monday.

Overnight Shipping
If you choose overnight deliver (Overnight delivery order cutoff for orders is noon EST Monday - Thursday) we will process your order asap and most generally ships the same day you order it.

Out of Stock Items
We try to keep an ample supply of all of our candies but at busy times we may run out of certain items. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or a refund.

Shipping Chocolates - April - September
Chocolates melt at 74 degrees. Due to warm temperatures, all candies will be shipped with two day shipping and must include a cold pack to ensure items are received in delicious condition. There is an additional $5.00 charge for the cold pack and it will be placed on all orders April - September.

Shipping Chocolates - October - March
If in doubt of the weather where you are shipping your item...buy the cold pack with your order. You can drop it into your cart from any page on our website. It's located in the lower left section of each page. Just click it to add it to your cart. Quickly check the weather. Enter your delivery zip code into this website to see what their weather forecast is. weatherchannel.com

Melted Chocolates
We are not responsible for melted chocolates that do not have a cold pack in their packaging. We leave this option up to you during the months from October, November, December, January, and February.
